K. Narasimhalu was born in Andhra Pradesh with cerebral palsy. As a consequence, he is unable to use his upper limbs, and has limited mobility in his legs. He had a love for painting from when he was a child, and managed to teach himself how to draw and paint with his right foot.

Despite his disability, he attended elementary and high school, and went on to enrol in a multimedia course. He has since participated in solo exhibitions and several group shows, earning himself fame, respect and the life he dreamed of.
