Mr. K. Narasimhalu was born with cerebral palsy and is therefore unable to use his upper limbs. He has limited mobility in his legs. He attended high school and subsequently took a multimedia course. Even as a child he developed a liking for painting. He was very young when he taught himself to draw and paint with his right foot. He has had solo exhibitions and has participated in group shows, making him known everywhere.

Mr. Narasimhalu has been a member of MFPA since 2007.
